That’s the thing german farmers complaining about “bureocracy” do not want to understand: There is so much fraud in agricultural subventions that checks and controls are needed.
They understand that very well and I think that‘s probably the main reason they want less regulation. I‘ve come to realize a lot of people who blame bureaucracy for all their problems have a lot of criminal energy.
9 out of 10 times debureaucratisation is a code for either direct deregulation or deregulation through the backdoor of cutting so much that those responsible for enforcing existing rules can’t do so anymore.
The best answer to such calls is usually the same as with security related rules: “Yeah, that rule / task /… sounds exhausting[, silly, a good chunk of work or whatever]. I’m ready to ditch it or rework that. The only thing I need from you for that is that you explain to me WHY this was introduced, WHAT it should prevent/WHAT is the purpose of that rule and HOW this is not needed anymore or already covered by other rules. Or what is a better way to achieve the same or a better result.”
isnt that just plain fraud?
Imperialist and expansionist Israel’s ally Greece. Greece is living off Europe’s funds.
Better than from real cows 😤
