People are supporting economic boycotts to show discontent with businesses capitulating to Trump’s agenda
It’s the busiest shopping season of the year – and a time when many are trying to figure out where to ethically spend their money.
Over the first year of Trump’s second term, companies and institutions have fallen in line with the administration’s anti-DEI and anti-immigration policies. As a result, people are supporting economic boycotts to show their discontent with the businesses capitulating to the president.
Over the Black Friday weekend, the groups behind the No Kings protests – the largest days of mass protest in recent memory – put their weight behind a campaign called We Ain’t Buying It, calling on people to not shop at Target, Home Depot and Amazon during the marquee week of holiday deals.

I would loooove to see a comprehensive list of those businesses.
Here’s a list of some corporations that donated money to tear down the Whitehouse and build his Donald J Trump pedophile ballroom.

It includes:
Hopefully nobody bought anything off Amazon this year.
Fuck. 60% success rate. Gotta get better.
Uline
Fuck Uline. All my homies hate Uline.
For starters:
Chil-Fil-A
Hobby Lobby
Lol, going on my whole lifetime boycotting them both.
Chik-fil-a isn’t good anyway.
Yeah, that’s an easy one.
Hear hear. Overrated homophobes.
Yes, the website only lists Target, Home Depot and Amazon.

This site looks like it was designed by a marketing company. Who the hell wants to use a ticker to see brands?
I feel like this could just be a page on github
If they posted the list, because I seen the list. My family would strave because all the grocery options we have 100% support Trump.
It might be a good idea to limit it to just a few of the biggest ones at first. It makes it less daunting and easier to remember, encouraging participation. And if any of these three companies detect a noticeable drop in sales, it will make the news.
There seems to be a watchlist ticker on their site:
There’s also a green “buycott” list which is confusing.
Thanks for pointing that out, it does look like it’s a list. An actual list would be good too.
What did Target do other than the DEI flip flop flip?
Sadly, i think that’s their sin. The DEI capitulation. They used to be a democratic option to Walmart.
Goods Unite Us lets you search by company name
I don’t trust their data.
There is an app called GoodsUniteUs that I refer to often. It shows businesses and senior officials political spending.
I don’t trust their data.
I really think the anti-Amazon sentiment is regarding their stance to be anti-union, more than their politics. They’re a Seattle-based corporation, and Seattle is very blue, but i think they should allow workers right to unionize.
Amazon donated directly to destroy the Whitehouse and build Trump’s pedo ballroom.
That number includes the company pac, the employees, and the CEO people.
The employees are upwards of 90% donated to Democrats, and they donate more than the pac does, which skews the total way blue. I have no idea why the employee donations are attributed to the company in these things. Especially in such a large company, they absolutely do not represent Amazon when donating
