The U.S. has agreed to reduce its tariffs on cars built in the European Union to 15% from 27.5%. Not a bad deal, right?

The U.S. might have reduced them now. I am honestly not sure whether this is already legally binding as the article says, “The European Commission proposed …”
The EU tariff rates on industrial goods imported from the U.S. is/was in the lower single-digit numbers, maybe 1-2% on average. The U.S. has agreed to reduce its tariffs on cars built in the European Union to 15% from 27.5%. Not a bad deal, right?
