Translation: “We need, at least, two years to properly rearm the EU. Until then, we’ll say and do whatever we’ll have to say and do.”
Probably. Maybe they can get away with it doing that. But if we really want to stay safe, I’m worried that ship may have sailed. We do need to take back the iniative and have a more unified response. A bit of nice posturing and bluffing, wouldn’t harm Europe stoic reputation ( perceived cowardness) or would it?
