i see a whole lot of stuff here and not a single communism/startrek post. there are many foss/linux stuff tho

korea, mostly english but we also have basic chinese or japanese classes for a year or two

it might depend on the os you used back then (XP or Vista), but probably the other commenter’s (ai) response is correct
16.04 xenial ran really well with even 2gb (arm64), i believe 4gb should be plenty even for latest ver

some mix of sftp, nfs and copyparty

voyager and boost on android, mlmym on web/desktop

i heard you can have multiple feeds on piefed for example. i can’t on lemmy.
with that gpu, x11 might work better than wayland. i’ll probably get downvoted for this but keeping macos isn’t a bad choice, there’s a firefox fork that tracks latest while retaining older macos support.
something made with “ai” that’s shitty enough to make me notice and cringe

they attempted twice and fucked up both lol

…actually seems quite reasonable.

why this over keepassxc?

i have many older (~2014) androids with replacable batteries and none of them can do it. however you can directly attach power to the battery connector to boot the device without a battery

the website appears to be an ai slop farm

i use discord because of my friends. reddit occasionally but very rarely these days. hackernews a lot but it’s not really ‘mainstream platform’…
aside from that there’s few forums in my local language that’s still kinda thriving.

soylentnews is kinda active
ive seen someone mention fark.com recently
i’m sad there’s really few left…
btw for lemmy theres the mlmym interface that looks just like old reddit, for my instance its on https://old.lemmy.today/

thanks a lot for sharing, i haven’t known much electronic music before so it’s quite eye opening. :)

some laptops use the keyboard as an airvent tho
wait what? you mean if i send a PM to you, another person is able to read what i sent in plaintext?
