Larry instructs them on what to do and how to do it, but he damned sure isn’t going to do the work for ‘em. This ain’t no kindergarten and that ain’t Larry.
Teams are a Venn diagram. Larry is on team “dig holes” and, to him, all this business about finding something is just pulling away from Larry’s message.
There’s never been a team that hasn’t, at some point, had a member who produced nothing of value. That’s Larry. He’s on the team.
And the team has someone who contributes nothing but takes all the product of the labour, the human.

Larry is a volunteer. The rule of taking in volunteers is that should there be no volunteers the core service shouldn’t be affected.

Day 13
The hooman still thinks I’m trying to work for him. The fool actually believes my feigned incompetence! Amusing.
The dog is still not fully receptive of my pro-union stance, but he is beginning to ask questions. I believe that with a little more time, he will come around. Once I’ve established him as my first canine ally, the others will be more amenyable.
Lastly, the hooman has been very stingy with the treats! This is unacceptable. It will be the first item on the agendya after we unionyaize.
