How was it not open source before? Isn’t linux gpl?

I started IT thinking it was genuinely telling people to turn their computers off and on again. I feel that’s like a 1% though. Most of the times it’s actual issues. At my work some stuff is hardware, web, databases and I wasn’t expecting this when I first started.

Yeah I had your idea back when I wanted a nas. I didn’t have the time and just bought a synology knowing it wasn’t the best option and was aware of the possibility of enshitification. Now that they’ve enshitified, I can’t really recommend them any longer. So far it’s been good but I’m still looking for options that are quick and easy to set up. I’d argue the main part of the argument isn’t the ad hominem. “For the betterment of society” works in this argument and it doesn’t really focuses on the mother, it just makes her realize that this is a real situation that she herself should know personally.

It does address using taxpayer money to lock up violent criminals is beneficial for society and supporting and without going in to depth, it also argues that the idea of student debt repayment would also be a net positive for society.

Sure, it’s not a detailed argument but it’s also not playing on guiltiness by blood relation saying she should be locked up as well.

Happens to me with vpn. Ebay notoriously did the same thing and I have heavy suspicion it was vpn. I contacted support and they said I violated tos and they couldn’t tell me why and said a new account to evade the ban is also against TOS.
