I recently learned that the full quote goes like this: “Jack of all trades, master of none, though oftentimes better than master of one.” Thought that might reconcile you with the phrase :)
I was sitting in a hanging chair, talking to my partner. When they made a stupid, small joke, I giggled a bit. The hanging chair made a squeaking noise on that small giggling motion, which made me chuckle, which caused a stronger squeaking, and just like that, I was in a self enforcing spiral of laughing and squeaking. I couldn’t stop myself, and ultimately my partner had to get me out of that chair because I had no control left from laughing so much :D
