So in a just world, google would be heavily penalized for not only allowing csam on their servers, but also for violating their own tos with a customer?

Oh I bet there’s someone we could trap in here…
It occurs to me that I’d argue we’re heading towards a forced scarcity society rather than post scarcity. That’s the only way they can make sure we don’t get a Star Trek type future if/when we figure out fusion power. Hell, we’ve already basically been able to feed everyone for ages.

She’s a self-professed hebephile and supporter of pedophiles, I guess.

In a way it requires you to be an apex predator of your own species. They are necessarily stupid but greedy and psychosocially fucked. Maybe smart in certain ways but blindingly stupid in others. And also cannibals, which occurs to me now, since they basically hunt and consume the essence of poorer humans. Can we make that cannon?

Theory: capitalism, socialism, communism, and many other terms have had their meanings permanently obfuscated and made fluid, and biases colored so heavily that any survey or poll done on this topic is utterly and completely meaningless.

Been there. Read that article to the end. It’s more about straight up cultural narcissism and less about legal precedent. AND its hurts them because it hurts the economy. Good for no one.

It’s almost as if billionaire robber baron is a serious mental health crisis, and they’re using all their money to make sure nobody can do anything about it.

You got babies outta the butt?
Oh!
Well that’s unfortunate.

Unit of measure confusion is sometimes good comedy?

“Bleepification” because the FCC. We live in Afghanistan apparently.

I’ve been party to a few of these exchanges recently, and between open citizen violence and letting things go on as they are, I think I am now rooting for our society to just collapse under its own weight. And with enough mismanagement, it certainly will (already is). While that will produce a great deal of suffering, at least it could provide a chance to fix some things.

I didn’t know that! Thank you for that tidbit. Also wanna take the time to say I feel I derived more satisfaction learning of the source than I lost from the bummer.

The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are null and void. All personal liberties and rights have been revoked. Even the most woke (proper usage) are not sure what we can do.

Shit, he’s getting his press releases straight from Stephen Miller’s office now.
Oh my, yes, you are correct. That was sort of knee jerk, as opposed to it being the reporting party’s burden somehow. I simply cannot understand the legal gymnastics needed to punish your customers for this sort of thing; I’m tired but I feel like this is not exactly an uncommon occurrence. Anyways let us all learn from my mistake and do not be rash and curtail your own freedoms.
