I just go with 1.6 because its still easy enough to do in your head.
Eg. 60mi = 60 + (60/2) + (60/10) = 96km
I jumped off Reddit’s cliff and landed here just like many other Lemmings.

I agree that missing these things are features IMO.
Typing this reply from SailfishOS with working VoLTE, MMS and all the things. Occasionally I have to restart a service but overall its pretty good

Yeah honestly I don’t get the hate, maybe this is why.
I could never live in the city. That place is dark, full of tall buildings that block out the sky and covered in trash over concrete that blocks out the ground.
Out here in the country I have a ten minute commute and would go insane if I had to work from home. I’m quite happy to go to the office five days a week.
I think cities are the problem, not commuting.

Just install Win10 anyway. Only caveat of not activating is youre stuck with the default wallpaper
This may be an unpopular opinion but who cares? I’ll use DVI if I have to.

This is the exact same argument the Hackintosh community had. “Apple will never put a stop to us, we’re the hardcore tinkerers who find bugs in their software before any normal user!”
Google doesn’t care. The hardcore users on the bleeding edge make up 0.001% of people with an Android phone. Pissing them off will not affect the shareholders.

I run SailfishOS and Australia mandates VoLTE now. It works.
Perhaps not stability, but certainly the ability to understand a problem and fix things is why I use Linux. On Windows or MacOS you just get “Oops, something unexpected happened”, or if youre lucky “Error -2847”.
On linux you can read the journalctl or have a poke in /var/log/ and actually find an answer that’s more helpful than “reinstall the operating system / program”
Nah I’ll give the Americans this one. I don’t use metric time either
