5·2 months agoWell I’ve got some scoliosis so kinda hard to fix that. Sure they can improve it with surgery but it’s not that bad so they won’t do it.
What helps me is some core strength mostly planks and more importantly improving the strength of my hip flexors which causes my pelvis to not tilt anteriorly.
I guess it was because the price of eggs was practically a campaigning slogan shared a lot around trump supporters.
