Bieber’s first album didn’t release until 2010. This look was just fairly ubiquitous among teens and 20s hearthrobs in the 2000s. Note the boot cut jeans that you would never catch Bieber wearing.

I think you’re overestimating the degree to which the majority of users are willing to inconvenience themselves over a browser. If Microsoft announced tomorrow that Windows no longer supported any browser other than edge you wouldn’t see a mass migration to Linux. Instead you would see a healthy uptick in complaints about edge.

Edit: Honestly, I’m at the point where more cops need to start getting shot. Pulling a gun on someone is a threat to their life. I really wany that to start being a signal for people to shoot back. Your life is already on danger, might as well go for broke and make the world a little better place.
