2·13 days agoI was off at university, 2500 km away. We wrote letters and saw each other at Christmas and summers. It went on for two years, then I moved back. We’ve been married 45 years.
Restricting news. I look at CBC and BBC and that’s all. I feel like most other news sites try to increase anxiety.
Not me, but I read this post on a Confessions site: "I work at Starbucks. When a customer is rude to me, I give them decaf. "

I have my doubts. If it caused a short, that means high voltage flowed through its body.
The Canadian people are united like they have never been before. Canadian dollar as been rising. Canada is getting more doctors and high level professionals as some flee the U.S. Canada has been expanding trade ties around the world (exception is U.S.). Traveling Canadians are welcomed around the world.

Solitaire card games. There are a bunch of them. I also have a few puzzles on hand.
In our off-grid place, we have cards, dice, and physical books.
Nothing in Canada, except maybe we put our snow shovels away.
It’s not that hard to do. If you miss the sign, you’re heading to Canada. Also, she asked to be directed to the nearest Costco, and the nearest Costco happened to be in Canada.
When the soap bar gets small, I wet it and add it onto the new bar so as not to waste that little piece.

A truly Canadian dilemma.
I solved it by memorizing the steps when I was an adult. My son solved it at 8 years old. The young take over from the old. It’s the way of things.
