Then, no. A language model is not super intelligent.
Also, with respect to any artificial intelligence created by human beings in general, no. It is only designed to make predictions of text based on training on a corpus of text which is ultimately composed by a human mind or many human minds that are very fallible, prone to delusions, and also unaware of broader realities and dimensions of existence.
The judicial has no vehicle for enforcement.

I’ll adjust and say that you’re, in my eyes, a “power user”, since I had not considered running my daily driver “headless” with WMs instead of with a DE until your comment. If “strong opinions” is too “strong”, I’ll also adjust and say I am interested in said evolving preferences and, more importantly, the reasoning behind them.
I’m what some call a “normie” Linux user, so I like desktop environments. I run KDE Neon on my main workstation, and then I have a laptop running CachyOS.
You seem like an expert who has strong opinions. I’m interested to listen and read about people’s likes and dislikes about niche subjects, such as desktop environments.

I did. I was born in Chicago. I fucked off to Europe a couple years ago, to the Netherlands.
In many ways superior to the US, no doubt.
But if I’m being honest? Same-ish problems. Perhaps, a smaller scale. I’ve been fortunate to see much of the world, at least far more than the average natural-born US citizen. I speak 4 languages. 2 of them fluently. The same societal sicknesses in America pervade the globe.
Certainly, the US is a dumpster-fire, but it’s not the only trash receptacle that’s ablaze at the moment, and it definitely didn’t start there, historically.

As I said, the benefit is an altered consciousness and/or perception to provide new insight and avenues of introspection on one’s being, life path, and composition of their ontology.
Alcoholism causes cancer, alcohol is the most easily abused drug, and the heavy legislation was even heavier in times past (it was banned outright during the prohibition era in the US) and had disastrous consequences for the public.
And I’m not even trying to argue to ban alcohol; statistically it is the “worst” societally by many metrics.

They think compatibility comes from ethnicity. Because of shared cultural and sanguinary heritage from Poland, your likelihood of sharing the same values, life goals, sense of humor, and physical attraction with a Polish partner is higher.
While that would seem outwardly true, the reality is that most countries around the world aren’t as ethnically and culturally homogeneous anymore, compared to generations past.
Personally, I think it’s a good thing. Homogeneity, in nature, leads to genetic stagnation and degradation.
