It’s about foreign nation influencing a public vote like it happened during Brexit. Not about leaving the EU.

Russia, the US and China all have an interest in weakening the EU. So expecting interference from them is quite reasonable. Hopefully the people of Iceland can see through attempts to influence them.

Most if not all regulations have a good reason behind them. Look at the charging ports for phones and laptops for example.
Or just look at the USA. Their rivers were literally burning some decades ago. Sure the companies could make more money by polluting everything, but companies shouldn’t be the main focus of a country or a union.
I’d rather have too many regulations than none.

This is just gaslighting. The us can already set up military bases in Greenland. But they decided to get rid of some instead.
This isn’t about security. It is about a corrupt president who wants the Epstein files to be forgotten and maybe about resources but looking at the competence of the administration, someone probably just played too much Risk…

I started doing all of that when Trump was elected. I switched from Windows to Linux Mint, got rid of Office 365, no longer buying stuff from the US whenever possible. Using Adblockers when I use Youtube and so on.
It is not hard, you can take one step after the other and slowly get away from all the American stuff.
Maybe it is time to finally go home then. But I guessPutin fell for the sunken cost fallacy…
