Nice, where’d you get that deal?

And this is one of a few reasons that frequent password changes aren’t very helpful in increasing security over the difficulty it adds to the end users.

Going to be checking some of these out for sure. Nice list!

I echo a lot of the sentiments here. Two I’m not really seeing are Project Farm and Eric the Car Guy. Eric is just coming back from a hiatus of sorts.
A few others I like
CNC Kitchen
Rob Dahm
Low-Buck Garage
Zach Freedman
SuperfastMatt
StrangeParts
Driving4Answers
CrackerMilk
PixelPete
Andy Didorsi (not as old a channel though)
Mr Carlson’s Lab
Heather Cox Richardson
And of course, Technology Connections and Gamer’s Nexus.
Bonus item because I like what they are doing, Edison Motors.
Music bonus item because she’s remained consistently excellent for years, Lauren Babic.

Colin is a blast lol

Project Farm is still a go to for me. It’s not perfect but he does more than enough for me most of the time
A little but it’s enshittified in other ways

Lol perfect, I like that.

I will never be surprised by insecure IoT devices.

This was always the goal when they started adding screens. Screens should always be viewed as ad delivery mechanisms especially if internet connected. That goes triple for devices that absolutely don’t need a screen. Like a fucking fridge. They will slow boil the process at first. But they’ll do it.

They are different. They are special. It couldn’t happen to them. They are too smart. Not like those idiots that were deposed and murdered.

Too much effort. Let’s get a multi ton autohammer and speedrun this shit

You can even strip ‘big tech’ out of it. Overwhelmingly I met C-Suites that were the “fail up” type.

CEOs are still pushing it
Anything to fuck over people.

My ddr4 now costs more than I bought it for originally. This after having dipped below $70 for 32GB. Now it’s over 300.
Win+x, a, left, enter. Admin power shell in a quick combo.
But I also get what you are saying. I’m leaving windows because of this. Migrating my services ATM then the last thing will be my win10 desktop.
While there are definitely perks to being an American trying to relocate, it’s also definitely not easy. If you think it is, you are operating under a survivorship bias. Your situation will vary greatly from another’s.
