The whole world is looking down the barrel of a gun who just shot a bullet at them. Instead of ducking so that it only grazes an arm, our governments are trying to headbutt it.

My mom always told me, if one kid doesn’t want to play with me he might be a dick. If no one wants to play with me I might be a dick. I’m paraphrasing obviously.

The package also seeks to simplify cookie consent and update GDPR to allow firms such as Google, Meta and OpenAI to use some personal data for AI training under new safeguards.
WTF…
Lutris feels dated, bottles never felt like a gaming related launcher, heroic isn’t an option for me because of electron, which pretty much just leaves Faugus.
Potatoguy helping young_broccoli. Is this an ad for healthy nutrition?

I agree on the first part. Sadly, toleration is basically a german national sport
What’s the sketchy part tho?

This is clearly a foot in the door situation. A couple of months after this law becomes encorcable, the option will be turned on by default and can optionally be turned off. A couple months later it can only be turned off with an actual ID check. Boom, complete transparency who does what and where on the internet.

No suprise here. Merz is and will always be an egocentrical opportunist. He’s been spouting populist garbage since his campaign in an increasingly unsuccessful effort to steal votes from the fascist AfD.

For anyone interested in owning their vacuum robot check out Valetudo

Everything declines in germany except for fascism

I asked him once. He said it’s to confuse AI. It’s definitely working on regular users.
Cosmos has a comparison chart if it helps: https://github.com/azukaar/Cosmos-Server?tab=readme-ov-file#what-are-the-differences-with-other-alternatives
Other than that you’ll have to test out what fits your needs best. I use YunoHost and am happy with it, but I don’t expose my services. Backup and update procedures are barebones and I had to do some scripting myself

Is this like a really bad troll attempt?

Nyrna helps with the suspend/resume stuff. At least on xWayland apps

That’s why I think this is such a good question. How can we incorporate (linux) computers more in the digital literacy of children so they don’t fall victim to the golden cages of android and ios before they develop the maturity to understand what a handicap it is.

I’m playing it right now. When Verso tries to recruit Monoco to go to old Lumière, Monoco is like “No thanks, after last time I made a promise to never follow you again”, to which Verso responds “There’ll be lots of fights…”, and Monoco is like “I’ll follow you anywhere!”. The delivery is a lot better obviously.

Witcher 3, which I played like 3 months ago. There was this one goofy quest where you had to save a mage by getting a magic book with a weird name that you could abbreviate to GOG. You needed a spell from it to disable the mage’s tower defence and regulatory management system (something along those lines), or DRM for short.
If someone else is in the mood for Skyrim but has done everything in it, try out Tainted Grail - Fall of Avalon. It plays like a smaller Oblivion. It really scratched the itch for more Elder Scrolls for me.
