I always love these shitty “replace the enter key on a keyboard” news thumbnails. Like, ah shit, accidentally hit the “Domain Name Registration” button on my keyboard.
I mainly use Voyager, WebApp mobile-focused client for Lemmy, which doesn’t have support for bios yet. Hopefully it will soon!

The community can mostly feel like it was skimmed off the top layer of ornery “erm, aktually” types from Reddit. The etiquette here is what you would expect from that. The days of “remembering the human” are dead and buried.
Like all places online, people and sub-communities vary, but that’s mostly the vibe I get whenever browsing the comments of just about anything that hits my instance’s All page.
I’ll take it any day over dealing with Reddit Inc’s chicanery, I guess.

if the disguise is a novelty mustache, yes
are you doing okay man
yknow our environment tends to reflect our mental health and whatnot

Christ, I miss when I could click on an article and not be asked to sign up for it.

my biggest question is “why is the protagonist an anthropomorphic die?”
yeah nah I agree
Lemmy still has its flaws at times, nowhere is perfect or fills the hole other spaces online that have gone shit have left
I can at least take solace in knowing that there are like, actual people here. even if some of them suck sometimes
