🌌 The US Space Force is like a self-fulfilling prophecy:

First they announce this:

“…Pentagon has definitively deployed active space-based weapons platforms.”

Then they declare peaceful, untouched and shared Space: “Space is both a battlefield…”

Their counterparts around the world do the same, & these warmongers have brought us one step closer to turning the last frontier into a military conflict zone.

SPACE IS FOR ALL MANKIND - No leadership can change that!

Since every accusation is a confession, the Jewish space lasers starting forest fires were probably American space lasers starting forest fires.

Though it must be mentioned that Israel now admits to both building space lasers for attacking ground targets, and starting forest fires as part of their “war effort”. I’m sure they got the ideas from their lord proprietor.

Orbital weaponry isn’t lasers and torpedos.

Orbital infrastructure is Starlink and satellites. They are essential to warfare and hence legitimate targets. This is a nothing burger. And prescribing not pacifism but inaction will not work. Unless enforced, violently if required.

Infrastructure for war is a legitimate target and hence legitimizes weapons that target said infrastructure.

Safelite weaponry typically isn’t a torpedo, explosives or a laser but just knocking the thing down or jamming it.

Everything you said in this comment may be true, but none of it changes the fact that a US military representative said the US is putting weapons, not infrastructure, in space.

This just sounds like they’re being pretentious about L3 Meadowlands, which is a dish on a trailer for jamming drone satellite links. The US deployed tons of those before bombing Iran and they all got blown up because Iran has been jamming US drones for years and was very public about building their drones with AI camera based guidance since jamming is too easy.

A good axiom to remember is whatever the government admits to, they have something 10 times more capable.

So I have a lot of questions about that story. The claim was that Specialist Grey was sitting at a terminal that was under attack and stayed at her terminal operating the space backed weaponry until the was literally pulled from her desk to seek safety’s elsewhere.

I’m wondering what attack a US military installation has suffered? I’m seriously doubting that his story was anything but a training exercise with zero actual danger.

Probably a console operator whose site came under attack as part of the Iran war. I’m not aware of any actual space-based offensive weapons actively in use, though we definitely have them deployed (X-37B). I’m betting this was satellite imaging, not a weapon.

Also, Futurism is not a reliable news source.
