Probably but Mexico and Canada have the most direct incentives. China for example doesn’t want the US to implode since that has a solid chance to eliminate one of their major consumer bases and depending on how the US comes out of it either intact or not it could result in broad economic realignment towards locally produced goods and decreased consumption therein.
True, but at the end of the day, the goal is to force US to some common sense, not its implosion, though implosion could happen anyway even if we do nothing.
