    One espresso shot is roughly 60 mg per ounce. The mocha has a measurable amount of coffee in it. Theresa no reason for the number to be exact. You’re not doing science, you keeping a rough tally. If you get 430mg instead of 370, it’s not going to make that much of a difference. Just get a good approximation to make sure you’re not getting like 700.

      Not every moka is the same size and you can also put different quantities of coffee and water to change the flavor, which is what I do and idk about ya, i am not gonna measure it, too much of an hassle otherwise, especially if i am sleepy and i must go to work

        I mean all (or maybe most) pregnant women calculate it. It sucks and usually means you just have to leave a huge margin of error
