The only time I’ve ever truly blacked out was a Valentines Day party at my frat (it wasn’t one of those frats) where every room had a different cocktail that you drank out of Wendy’s ketchup cups.
The drinks were basically straight liquor and sugar, and the shots were so small that all of a sudden you realize you’ve been drinking liquor basically non-stop for hours.
And it’s only like 5 minutes I don’t remember. And that was immediately after smoking some of the strongest weed I’ve ever had. But I definitely had alcohol poisoning that night. I slept on my arm for 16h and caused a few years of nerve issues.
I don’t think I’ve ever been that drunk, although I can pass all of the field sobriety tests while blacked out, so that might be a factor.
