    Doesn’t this flip flop every few years anyway? This is the 4th time China has had the fastest according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_supercomputing

      Yes because it takes time and money to build them so you don’t do it on a monthly basis, you do it when the performance gain is worth it
