I never really understood why people feel the need to act like that towards one another online. Mocking each other, being sarcastic, name-calling and whatnot.
I say, let’s act towards each other like we would act towards another person on the bus, at work. People we don’t normally talk to or know well, but who we come across. I think most of us wouldn’t talk like that towards strangers IRL. Or at least I should hope not.
If we can be kind when anonymous IRL, we can be kind online I’m the same way. I’d say that’s worth striving for.
