    Ethnic refers to a group of people who share a common cultural background, national origin, language, religion, or ancestry.

    I expect most of the members of scotus would share a common cultural background.

    What do you mean by that word ?

      Racist people in the US use the word, in this context, to mean brown people.

      I believe the comment was using it ironically

        Ah, thanks. I’m not American and had not seen the word used as euphemism like that, so it was a very puzzling comment without that context.
