Although there’s a meme going round claiming it’s 100s of years old, which is incorrect. Edit: it’s digital art but as far as I can see he didn’t Photoshop an existing piece.

Im pretty sure he painted it. I believe He’s pretty well known. Although there’s a meme going round claiming it’s 100s of years old, which is incorrect.
