I don’t actually care which one gets picked, I just wish we’d stop changing twice a year. I really like the “move the clocks 30 minutes and then don’t touch them again” option too. Seems like it would be a decent compromise to me.

I can’t fathom how this isn’t the answer. Seems like it would be a slam dunk.
But I’m a grower not a shower!

In that case I’m sorry for not getting it! :)

I didn’t realize they had covered it but I bet it’s a hoot. I’ll have to see if I can find it.

I haven’t thought of that song (or King Missile in general) in a long darn time.

I literally can’t tell if you believe this or not.

You can definitely tell who read the article based on how people are commenting.

Based on recent posts, it might be her car.

I’d prefer all shapes and sizes, and even if some of them are humanoid I wouldn’t want them to look more humanoid than say C3PO. For multiple reasons I wouldn’t want them realistic enough to fool any part of my brain into thinking they are human.

I, for one, welcome our new robot overlords.

Fair point, but out of the box KDE has pretty sane defaults these days. It’s a very inoffensive desktop.
I have just a couple customizations that I do immediately on a fresh install, but it certainly wouldn’t kill me to use it as it comes.

Every time. Every. Last. Time.
I don’t know what the point of separate partitions for OS and userspace is, but whatevs…
Some folks like to be able to reinstall the OS while preserving /home. That’s the only reason I’ve seen for doing separate partitions. (I’m not someone who does that, but it’s the explanation I’ve seen)
Came to say Requiem for a Dream but I see that’s well represented.
I’ll go with Legends of the Fall - a story told across multiple generations of a family, and damn near nothing but tragedy for any of them. It left me feeling so bleak towards the world. (Decades ago that I watched it, but that’s my recollection.)
Pink Floyd The Wall - also just left me feeling like humanity is just endlessly fucked up and mostly terrible to each other.
