Drain pipe goes off horizontal with no visible angle to drain standing water from it. The tool box feels more like what an electrician would carry around rather than a plumber with pipe cutters, Teflon tape, O rings and such. Spanners and wrench don’t look like they’d fit in the tool box. Where’s the pvc glue for the piping.

The weird Y would be an addition The horizontal pipe connects to the left side if the double sink The tool box is general purpose, something to throw tools into from a tool chest in the truck No PVC glue or tape because the fittings are compression
As someone else who gets sloppy vibes from this, these are my indicators
