I am sick and tired of Indeed. It nothing but sales jobs and it ignores your filters. Monster full of scams or just links to other job searching sites that want you to create an account on their platform. Last ziprecuriter is also full of spam and garbage.

Working from home a year now and tired of the bullshit. Now not getting paid because computer stop working and having to wait for a replacement. On top of always working with no back to back days off.

Anyone know best place to apply? Tried locally but nothing but low pay retail and fast food jobs in the area. I have insurance license and still willing to work remotely.

I agree, all my real success has been with technical recruiters.

Temp to perm positions where the head hunter takes a fee until you are either hired on or move to another contract

It definitely depends on the career field but with an in demand career field, you’ll occasionally get hit up with people who think you fit a job description.

I think if you can work with a job agency to try and find more general positions if you’re not seeing a lot of recruitment for your career

Ah ok. Inbound recruiters headhunting for a position I’m familiar with and I agree, it’s the best way.

I was thinking if there could be a way to take that approach to a working relationship. A recruiter looking for a job you’d fill instead
