The US Trade Representative said a new probe would determine if Germany was a underpaying for pharmaceuticals.

Germany is simply following Trumpy’s example of the “art of the deal.” But instead of trumplet’s failure to implement this idea (Iran war), Germany seems to be quite successful at it.
