From touhou, they’re goddesses of the Moriya shrine, Suwako was the original owner of the shrine but got defeated by Kanako in a god war thing and kinda still lives there. The frog and snake are their representative animals. Also Suwako canonically has at least one descendant so who knows what’s going on.
