Any suggestions? I love brotato, but have struggled to find others I like.
Ones I haven’t liked: Soul stone survivors, death must die, nordic ashes.

I’ve progressed quite far in the technical science part of my job. I’m at the top end of the graph and encouraging my junior staff to simplify their language and message. Some things absolutely need technical terms, but they don’t need to use overly complicated words to say “this has moved up” or “this thing is bad”. More often meaning gets lost in using euphemisms instead of being clear about the message.
I’ve moved up the management role as well and really can’t bring myself to move from the bottom end of the meme graph. Management really has its own language so they can say lots of words in meetings with very little meaning. We’re in the business of doing shit…are we going to do shit or not?

WTF does it mean? Are we doing the project or not??

People would end up skipping it anyway when they rush to respawn.

This is the way.
Tried 5 but it got too floppy.
My work uses all browser based apps. They have Linux workstations in most areas and these are set to login and go directly to a Windows 11 server remote desktop.
It’s all meaningless anyway, so my purpose is to appreciate the joy of what is in front of me and enjoy my existence while it lasts.

I’ve just seen a YouTube video about this recently. It was good, worth watching.
Depends on the definition of cheating. Here are a couple of ways in which I “cheat”:
I didn’t have the skill to progress beyond 4BC in Dead Cells, so I downloaded someone else’s save file with all items unlocked.
If I hit a wall in Silksong to the point that it starts to put me off the game, then I look up a walkthrough to see where the nearest undiscovered bench is or where to fine the thing I’m looking for.
For any game if I end too frustrated by a boss, I’ll watch a YouTube video to learn the attack patterns and avoid repeatedly dying to learn them. This is especially true for roguelites where I may have to cross 3 levels to get to a possible chance at a boss, and then get killed.
In FTL I used to copy out the save files to allow me to save scum if I died. The game is a roguelite and doesn’t allow loading saves in case of mistakes of death…so this is a workaround to save scum.

These are private computers for gaming with Steam installed. This will literally be less than pocket change to them. They likely lose more from pirated Windows and secondhand purchasers of Apple products.
The amount of money tech giants lose will not be affected for a long time. The main achievement for Linux right now would be to get a foothold, to make it known to the public, to normalise its use. The big change will come when organisations start moving to Linux (which you would think would be a priority considering the fact that it is free and more secure).

I respect you dude, whatever your age. Even the very young deserve respect, this isn’t age gated.

It’s a bit of a cultural thing in some ways. A bit of a privilege/necessity thing as well.
I would find it unimaginable to pay my parents rent, charge them rent or charge my kids rent. We’ve never struggled to survive financially. My parents never even held me to doing chores, etc. I can see the logic of everyone living together contributing to the household(through money or chores or whatever). But my area of upbringing and family always treated childhood as immensely protected and solely for learning and playing(same for my peers, no matter how well off or poor they were). The lesson was always there to look after yourself…so as soon as I left home at 18, I had no problem with doing my own cooking, washing, scrubbing my toilet, budgeting/saving, etc.

one of two things will happen
So both outcomes are a win in this solution.
She left the note 3 days ago and I’m still waiting for her to come home from work to show her that the game works fine.

If you over fill the tires enough, you can drive on water. If you reach 100psi, you can fly like the movie Up.
You chew the corn to a pulp, yet it comes out whole again. You can’t explain that.
Seinfeld playable character…I’ve waited forever for this.

In a couple of generations all memory and signs of your existence will be wiped out anyway. Enjoying what’s in front of you now and doing the good you can for the few people you can affect is easily enough.
Twin stick shooters/bullet hell games are different though.
And I found enter the Gungeon before Nuclear Throne, and somehow was always drawn back to Gungeon. Blazing beaks was fun though.
