I don’t know if I could live honestly. Too quiet. I listen to music from 10am to bedtime (if i’m home and not otherwise occupied) then play music in my sleep. Sometimes I watch music videos instead of tv

I look for new music to add to my collection every year and make a playlist for every year. I started purchasing and “purchasing” music again this year and saving it all to a drive.

i mean… there is when she is completely non ambulatory, needs a specialized back to support her upright, requires tilt relieve pressure point throughout the day, and has large tires so she can go outside in the dirt without getting whiplash from the bumps. A privilege, sure, but I think its well deserved

That’s an extremely hopeful outcome if robots take on jobs.

What I see is robots taking all low education/automation jobs, companies still making consumers pay the same (or more) and making a bigger profit, and compaines only hiring people with over experience and over education (don’t forget connections- most people I know get high paying jobs this way). Education itself is in peril as well, due to the use of ai to write papers and complete math problems. Not to mention that teachers now use it to grade work (true story… a friends academic writing teacher admitted to this…)
