And they expect even more next year… Meta is going for 20 million production for 2026… Maybe 30 million if trends keep…

Imagine the court to dismiss the lawsuit, and then use their decision as evidence for refusing USA to pay tariff refunds to Nintendo.

They could put a captcha after 10 downloads… No, this was a deliberate bad decision. Maybe even worse than their change of their old classic site to the new shitty one.

I was gonna ask what year are we having, but yeah…
What is this shit with IMAX in The Odyssey etc? Can an American explain us?
If they need a new ratio why they don’t make it a new standard?
My CRT TV back then was 4:3 but for some reason it was too square for the modern industry…

I changed my GPU thermal paste 2 days ago. I guess I need to open it again and empty the rest of the tube.
Wouldn’t be better if we all stopped recycling and demand the private Jets to be banned with exeptions?

I am not a fan and I’m thinking buying it. I mean they have it 20€ right now. I could play it later.
I used bots for games 20 years ago, I mean it should be easy to trick mouse movement…

Is this even legal? EU legal?

I will get disliked but I will say it.
Discs are dying because of their low storage, high price per GB, reading speeds and no demand since internet speeds got very high.
The problem is not the discs disappearing. The problem is that we don’t own the data we buy.
When I’m fucking paying for a software, I am not paying to use it, I pay for the data, the files and to do whatever the fuck I want with them.
You can copy songs, you can mix songs, you can fucking alter them, because you own them even if you buy them without a disc.
Do you want not to sell discs? Fine. Let me download the image file and store it wherever I want.

PC gaming all digital is ok because it’s not a closed ecosystem. I can install whatever platform I want, and buy games. And there are huge sales.
Also there are drm free shops like gog, a huge community with emulators, mods, and in the need pirated copies of the games I bought.
Trust is one thing, but monopolized market is another.
edit: today I found the List of DRM-free games that has many games that DRM free from many PC platforms (1867 games in Steam and 604 in Epic). Meaning that you can launch an installed game directly from the .exe and even make a zip the installed game as backup.
Its 78% actually, up from 76% last year, but that is sales and not users. I would hardly believe that are users that bought all of their games digitally, even the good collection ones.
My little brother, who started with PS3 as a kid and had/has PS4, PS5 and almost all of his games are in discs, won’t be happy about it.
The gonna release PS6 without any physical media option, don’t they? Their PS5 digital edition was only a market test.

I use feeder in my phone the last 5 years. I shouldn’t have dropped my personalised RSS feed 8 years ago.
Me replaying Bejeweled 3 in 2026 :)

You know Bluray disks can hold up to 100GB right?
Gabe Newell on Video Game Piracy (Full Version, HQ) (2009)
Basically, if they (publishers) want money, they should stop being cunts to their costumers.
Problem is lobbying.
